We purchased a couch in January 2025 and the Flexsteel cushions did not provide us adequate support so we ordered cushions to replace them and are so happy we did. The D40 firm cushions were exactly what we wanted and came to our exact specifications, fit inside the covers exactly and look great. Now the 4 month old loveseat we avoided sitting on is the go to place to relax.

I gave a 9 yo sofa and the cushions have butt marks— fave spots. So I’m replacing the back cushions first and when i got them faster than expected, by the way, I realized i need thicker dacron layers. But love you

The foam was originally three inches short. I was told to wait a week, as it would expand. Ultimately, the foam ended up being 1.5 inches short on one side and 1 inch short on another (just enough to make it too big a bother to return). Once I figure out how to fill in the rest of my cushion cover, I guess it will be adequate. But if you really care about measurements, think twice about ordering from here.
