Frequently Asked Bar Stool Cushion Questions

Which foam and thickness is best for Barstool Cushions?

Bar stool cushions are usually only 1–2 inches thick, and usually require a high resiliency foam that can last a long time. As a result, we recommend our Everflex V54 for firm bar stool cushions, and V44 for medium-firm bar stool cushions.

Should I order dacron (polyester) batting for my bar stool cushions?

Bar stool cushions often do not require dacron batting. While we generally do recommend batting to give seat cushions a fuller, more luxurious look (not to mention a more padded and comfortable feel), it’s not always necessary for a bar stool cushion. Just be aware that without dacron batting, your cushion will be more “squared off” and look a little less padded and full than it would with batting. Also, the thinner the cushion (2 inches or less) the more that batting will help it provide a little extra cushion that might make your bar stool cushion more comfortable.

“If you've been searching online for a fast easy reputable solution to that couch cushion that's either bald up because your dog sits it on it all day, or the kids use it to beat each other, and now it's out of shape, ugly, and lost its comfort--this is the place you want to be. The process of taking measurements and uploading exact sizing that I needed to have my couch cushion replaced was quick and easy and the communication was awesome.. I now have one couch cushion that is 100% more comfortable than all the others. Now I have a new problem. --and the only resolution is changing out all the cushions to match this. Their prices are killer. I've been around a lot of websites and I've even tried to remedy them problem myself and it's not easy so you've come to the right place. Don't look any further. Simply follow the instructions and you'll be resting on your new cushion and no time.!!”
