I was terrified to place an order - afterall in these days ...it's hard to know who to trust. After I'd found the site, I read and watched the videos. Still terrified I was doing it wrong, I called. OMG what marvelous and kind people!! They asked for a picture, explained several times how the measurements worked... and helped me place my order. I needed three (3) but was sure I was wrong, only order one ... and then when I got it called and place the order for the other two ..

We were delighted with a very firm (v54) foam mattress we purchased 10 years ago. It was time to replace it. So we ordered the same product again. The new mattress is just a little less firm than the earlier one. In all other respects, the new mattress is as good as the previous one. If you have ordered V54 before, be aware of this difference. FoamOrder explained that the possible reason is they now source the foam from a different supplier. It would have been a 5 star rating but for this difference.
