Needed new seat cushions for our 18 year old sofa. I was a little hesitant about ordering online. Worried if I measured it correctly. I was able to chat with someone to double check and ordered them. 1) I ordered the cushions to be 22.5 inches wide. Came in at just 22. Gaps between the cushions. 2)Special instructions clearly to wrap top and front only, came in fully wrapped. 3) I ordered firm cushion material. Two are firm, one is soft. 4) the cut in front of the soft cushion is terribly cut, and it shows. I would love to get my nearly $300 back. This is an unacceptable order. I have more pictures. But could only post one.
