The custom cut warns up to 1/4in variation. I ordered 19.375in width (x4 cushions) but received a width of 19inches on all of them. Seems like such a drag that I had to wait for the custom cuts and shipping only to have to settle… I don’t even want a replacement because I can make this work (albeit less than ideal) and I would hate to waste more time, foam, and energy… feels comfy enough.

The cover is beautifully constructed, and the foam arrived as ordered (i.e. right size with the Dacron Wrap). The issue is that the cover is about an inch longer than the foam, so it fits loosely. I will have to find some kind of filler to put at the end of the cushion in order to make it a tight fit. I was impressed with the customer service (I received a call from them to verify which direction I wanted the fabric) as well as the ordering process.

The foam in my chair had reached the end of its useful life, and it was becoming uncomfortable to sit on. Using the video and instructions provided, I measured for a new foam cushion. It was one of the T - type cushions. It was a little tricky, but I apparently did a pretty good job as it fit in the cover well. This is actually the second foam cushion I've purchased. And, I'm so pleased that I'm getting a third for a back cushion. It is so nice to be able to replace the foam. It's like I have a new, comfortable chair!

My House came with a window seat but no cushion, which rendered the window seat unusable.. Foam Order did a great job creating the cushion, it fits perfectly, I’m a happy customer
