Acoustic Foam, also known as soundproof or sound-control foam, is used for superior sound absorption and insulation. Whether you’re a professional musician creating a sound studio, or simply trying to help soundproof a room from loud noise from the street or another room, our high quality soundproof foam will be “music to your ears.”
Our inexpensive, gray Y37 sound-control foam will maximize sound damping and minimize vibration and is offered in any thickness (we generally recommend 2-inch thickness). You can order in custom cut sizes to meet your needs, or feel free to order our standard sizes and cut the soundproof foam yourself with any serrated knife or a good pair of industrial scissors. Our spray glue will FAST bond to paper, metal, wood, fabric, and more. It dries in seconds to create a permanent bond. This spray glue is also ideal for repairing rips in foam. (Note: Pro-Tack should not be used on polystyrene.)
