I ordered a custom cut firm foam cushion to replace the worn out soft one in my couch. I unfortunately measured incorrectly and the cushion is too tall. I didn’t want to take apart my couch (my cushions are attached) until I had the replacement foam piece ready to put in. The custom foam orders can’t be returned so I have a nice piece of foam that I can’t use. All of that is my error. The foam was shipped quickly and was vacuum packed. The foam reached full size after just a few hours. Seems very good quality.

This 30 year old chair just sat in a corner for about 20 of those years and when someone finally sat in it we discovered that the old foam cushions had practically turned to dust. Measure twice, order once; within a couple of weeks I had new cushions that fit the old covers perfectly. I couldn’t be happier. Excellent work, excellent value.

I replaced four year old foam cushions with your new cushions. Not impressed. They compressed a lot and feel just like the cushions I replaced. Feel like I am slipping off the couch.
