I bought a brand new chair for reading and watching TV, but the seat cushion was too firm for me. Foam Order sent me a softer cushion. Now I can sit in the chair without my bottom getting numb. I am thrilled!

Although size was perfect and that I added the surrounded batting, I had to create & sew a cover before putting in the sofa seats, otherwise would have felt lumping. Also since the original ones are more down based, they were much softer (yes not from wearing down). These replacements unfortunately I have to continue to rotate to get comfortable. But given costs I couldn’t afford the higher upgrade. I would ONLY recommend if someone is also trying to save money (which nobody has these days). Cheaper than a new sofa.

The product arrived quickly and was CLEARLY A QUALITY PRODUCT. My only issue is that it's softer than I wanted. I followed the suggestions on the website for the foam used for couches. The firmer product did not have a description of good for couches. So now I sink in too deep. I'm sad, but I know when you can't touch something, you are in jeopardy of getting something different than what you are expecting.
