I could never get anyone to call me back for measuring assistance. The chat help will tell you to schedule a free consultation, but there are no appointments available. Chat help and the website will also tell you to measure seam to seam but that did not work for me and I ended up with a cushion that was not thick enough. I’m glad that I only chose to order one couch cushion replacement instead of all five so now I am only out $150.

I had high hopes for this product, but it didn't work out for me. I watched the tutorial on how to measure properly and thought I had done it correctly, but my cushion arrived several weeks later and apparently I had not measured correctly. My Pottery Barn grand sofas had floppy-looking back cushions so I hoped the wrapped memory foam cushions from Foam Order would give better support. My back cushion style is a rectangle T-shape with an "ear" that extends over the sofa arm. The "arm" on my cushion was very short so there's an empty wrinkly spot, but the rest of the cushion does look better and it feels nice. I needed 5 back cushions but only started by ordering one. It was $300 and they are non-refundable so I wanted to make sure it worked well before placing more orders. Unfortunately that was a waste. I reached out to Foam Order and they checked my measurements, but it t was my error. I'm out of luck unless I want to order another block to fill out the missing ear area. I would not recommend this company unless you have a very simple cushion shape. The website offers an option to assist with measuring but there are no time slots available in the next few months.

Thankfully we sent photos and measurements prior to purchase. Customer Service looked at the photos and recommended a more accurate measurement, firmer foam and extra batting. The new foam cushions are an excellent snug fit inside the covers, thanks to the staff recommendations. Communication about arrival was very good. All in all we knew what to anticipate and appreciated the guidance.
