My old sofa cushions were squished, misshapen and had metal coil springs inside of them that were coming up through the foam. They looked bad and were horribly uncomfortable to sit on. I am happy with the company, service and products with one exception-- I purchased a piece of C55 Very firm foam to use as a mattress in the back of my vehicle. Unfortunately as a woman with hips it is too firm and is not only uncomfortable but can create aches. I'll probably order another piece with more give.
