If you've been searching online for a fast easy reputable solution to that couch cushion that's either bald up because your dog sits it on it all day, or the kids use it to beat each other, and now it's out of shape, ugly, and lost its comfort--this is the place you want to be. The process of taking measurements and uploading exact sizing that I needed to have my couch cushion replaced was quick and easy and the communication was awesome.. I ordered replacement cushions for my queen size sleeper sofa because they had become so flattened and worn. I watched the video on how to measure and order the new cushions. The directions were easy to follow and I had great success replacing my worn cushions.

I ordered the firm cushion, to replace my couch cushions. Firm when I first sit down, but flattened out quickly after. Would have been money ahead just keeping my old ones

I was very happy and impressed with the ordering process, and I really didn't want to leave a bad review, BUT we're not happy with the cushion foam we got. It is too big and too hard. I was impressed with the instructions and instructional video on the website describing how to measure for the new foam, and how to decide on the firmness desired. I thought it seemed very clear and exacting, and I followed it carefully. But it was extremely difficult, almost impossible, to get the foam into the cushion cover. Also the foam was much firmer than desired or anticipated based on how it was described when I made the choice of firmness. I'm really not sure what went wrong - I followed instructions to a T and didn't want the foam to be too small so that the cover would be flabby. Very disappointed - I was expecting to love it! I would still recommend, but would give pointers to a friend for how to order differently than I did.
