Cancel order system doesn't work well, now I'm stuck with something I don't need any more since dog died. Never opened box. At least there is a place you can get custom cut foam if needed

Not ready to replace my sleeper sofa, but needed to revitalize the cushions. Placing the order was incredibly easy - use the image guide to measure correctly. My sofa looks brand new with new cushions. The only issues was the box arrived with the cushions wrapped, but not still compressed.
