I've been patiently waiting for a response after sending in the pictures regarding the mistake you guys made and I've yet to hear a response or even a "we're sorry for this, we'll get back to you soon...blah blah blah" email response. I wholeheartedly regret buying from you guys and upset at myself for moving forward with your company when comments on Reddit discouraged me from ordering from you. However, I still went ahead hoping I can redeem your reputation on the page but you've confirmed the comments on the website. If you even look closely at the picture for the width size, it's barely 24 inches, and I ordered 24.5 inches. You're treating this error as if it was a fault of my own when clearly I stated the measurements, and even emailed prior before ordering. I was hoping to have the cushions set up before the holidays for when my guests arrived for my Christmas party but had to explain to them your carelessness. This whole ordeal has been very disheartening and frustrating.

Replaced the saggy old cushions in our 2003 American Leather sofa and loveseat. I think we paid $7000 for the pair back then. The leather is still perfect, but the cushions were flattened and the down filled wrap had torn and was leaking feathers everywhere. we went couch shopping and found that to buy couches of similar quality, it would cost us almost $20k. Yikes! Decided to give cushion replacement a try, but couldn't find a local upholstery shop that wanted the job. Jumped on Google and found foamorder.com. The cushions were pretty pricey for foam and feathers (About $1000 for 5 large cushions). Super easy to order, turnaround in 3 weeks or so. After vacuuming feathers for hours, we got the couches reassembled and they look and feels like new again! We saved $12k with a little bit of effort on our part, We couldn't be more satisfied! We just ordered more cushions for to replace the floppy misshapen back cushions for another sofa and loveseat- can't wait to see the transformation again!
