We couldn’t be happier with our new sofa cushions! We needed to replace the couch entirely or do something to help the cushions regain their support. Since the couch had not gotten a lot of use, it still looked pretty nice so it felt like a shame to toss it. The original cushions just seemed to compress so much when you sat on it that it was quite uncomfortable. It no longer provided any support so it felt rather hard when you bottomed out. We did try other inexpensive options but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for rang true. One was a sofa support cushion that we placed under the original cushion and we also tried a harder accordion-style piece that you place under all three sofa cushions. Sadly, neither made any difference at all so we thought we had no choice but to go looking for a new sofa. Sofas have gotten very expensive and we also had a matching ottoman and armchair to consider in the mix. My husband ran across FoamOrder during an online search and after reading reviews, he wanted to give them a try on our armchair. He spoke with them over the phone first because the original armchair cushion had a slightly curved back edge. We sent them a photo, and they said that in this case a regular square cushion would work fine. It arrived quickly, it was easy to stuff and wow, what a difference! After using the new cushion for several months, we were so pleased with the result that we decided to order three new cushions for the sofa. Again, the cushions arrived promptly. All three cushions were shrink wrapped together tightly and after freeing them, they puffed up nicely. I actually removed and stuffed one cushion myself and it was not difficult. We had ordered a partial ‘book wrap’ padding, and we found that we had underestimated the thickness of the original cushions. We were able to remove the wraps from the original cushions and added them to the new cushions to provide a little more fill. The result… the couch looks pretty much the same, however, the feel and support are a game changer! Every time I sit on the couch, I am appreciative of the big difference. We have a couch that fits our room perfectly but the cushions were worn down and making it uncomfortable to sit on. I have no desire to try and find a new couch because this one is perfect for us. So I used Foam Order to get new seat cushions in hopes that it’d give us a few more years. These cushions are EXACTLY what we wanted. They’re the right balance of firm and plush where you sink in a bit but feel supported. The guide for sizing really helped in measuring what we needed. I am so happy we went this direction!

I bought custom cushions in 2022 from this company and was so impressed that I bought more this year. The site provided very detailed measurement instructions plus customer service to answer questions if needed. The cushion are cut and batting are a quality job. You definitely feel the couch has come back to life like new with new cushion inserted in the covers. I recommend and would buy again if needed in the future.
