We are very happy with the look, quality and fit of the cushions that we ordered. Unfortunately, foam production issues at the plant delayed our order by almost two months (ordered in February, delivered in May). It required a few emails from me to get this information.

If you call the garbage that you sent me as custom cut you can kiss it. They didn't fallow the patterns that I sent at all. Not even close. I belive your staff cut the cushions prior to recieving the patterns and then just sent their garbage to me.

Needed to replace a couple of sofa cushions that were too soft. The firmest foam with a polyester wrap fit perfectly and feels great.
