I got a memory foam mattress pad for a very firm mattress. Now my bed is super comfortable. Perfect! Some issues I had/have: 1) I was told I could not pick the pad up at the Richmond warehouse because I couldn't fold or bend it, and it wouldn't fit in my car, so I opted for delivery (and paid extra) - it was delivered in a box, where it was rolled up. Kind of didn't make sense to me. 2) the pad is slightly bigger than my queen-size mattress, so it hangs over the mattress a little. I had to get new sheets with extra deep pockets, and I got a big fluffy comforter so that it hid the weirdly shaped mattress pad. Overall, I'm happy because my bed is very comfortable now. I think I probably would have been happier if I'd just gotten a better mattress from the start.

I bought this as a supplement to a 5 lb density 2" thick topper I already have. it added just enough extra cushioning for our needs. Very comfortable. I am quite sure the density is what they say. Thank you. (NOTE: I did purchase two others before this one from other companies that were advertised as being 5 lb density but did not feel like it to me - compared to the one I owned and had just purchased a month before.) Would give 5 stars, if it lasts a reasonable amount of time.

I always buy from the clearance section. One bed was a prior return and the other was a new over-stocked item. Both there quality beds and were as described. My only issue is the time to ship is 1-14 days which seems long. The first mattress I did not really care when it arrived but the second mattered. I emailed my worry. I never heard back but the mattress was shipping in time and in less than 14 days. So yeah, Other than the long shipping time the mattresses are great and usually customer service is very helpful in answering questions.

We were ready to sell the RV and buy a new one with a "real" bed but figured maybe we should try this first. We went with a 2" extra firm foam and had 1" firm memory foam bonded to it. I cut the foam to fit the existing cushions and replaced the old ones with the new....What a difference! Thanks Tom
