The ordering process from FoamOrder was simple, and I appreciated that they asked how I wanted the cushions to feel in firmness, rather than me have to decide what level to purchase. The online help was excellent - they were able to promptly and accurately answer my question, even on a holiday weekend. I also appreciated that I could sign a waiver so the delivery could occur without signing for the packages. Our rattan furniture was so uncomfortable, but i ordered new foam for the slip covers, and less that 2 weeks later, its like we have all new furniture. My husband and i are fighting over who gets to sit on the couch...

The cushions on our 10 year old couch no longer offered enough support. The upholstery on the couch was still in great shape. Instead of purchasing a new couch, we replaced the foam with EverFlex V44 Medium-Firm with DACRON WRAP. What a difference in comfort and savings over a new couch purchase!! Employees answered all my questions and returned e-mails promptly. Excellent experience.
