I followed the instructions on FoamOrder's website to measure the size of the two cushions I sought to replace. I was pleased to see that the fit and firmness was exactly what I expected it to be. Nonetheless, it took almost a month from order --> delivery. There's somewhat of an expectation on the website that order fulfillment wouldn't be instantaneous, which is absolutely acceptable for custom work. In the middle of the third week waiting for an update to my order's status I called Customer Service. It's not actually "customer service" it's just a number that rolls over to one of several extensions. I was transferred to their show room floor. They, of course, knew nothing of my online order and had no way of researching it. After a long explanation I was given the number to the factory, and finally got an update--along with an explanation of how busy they were due to a Thanksgiving promotion. I reminded the associate of my order date 3 week prior.

Thank you for your expert assistance in choosing how to construct replacement cushions for our "not completely worn out couch". The new cushions came and we opened the box with a little fear because the box did not seem the correct size. But because all the air was out, it was correct. They sprang back as soon as opened. Then I set to work to unstitch the old cushions internal covers and use them to cover the new ones. Doing that made them slip into the outer fabric zippered cover. They sit firmly but not too firm. The couch doesn't look worn out. Thanks so much! A very satisfied customer.

The foam is exactly as ordered and I was especially impressed with the custom shaped one. The order did take longer than I expected (3 weeks) but arrived very compacted and safely bundled. The foam is firmer than I had anticipated and wish I would have chosen a slightly more forgiving density.

I ordered replacement cushions for two old chairs. The cushions arrived on time and were cut perfectly to the requested size. I also appreciate that all four cushions arrived in one rather small box and then poofed up to their actual size within a few hours. I will be a returning customer!

First time replacing cushions in my leather sofa. Called and was walked through how to measure and what size and firmness to order new foam cushions. It was very smooth and cushions arrived as scheduled. It mad my sofa like new again! It was easy to stuff new ones in and the fit couldn’t have been better. Great experience.
