It took 4 weeks to ship this product. I was left largely in the dark regarding the delays and felt compelled to reach out multiple times to get status updates. Eventually when it did arrive it was exactly as described. Next time I will likely find a different foam supplier.

The workmanship was well done. The product was slightly shorter than my submitted measurements, but not so noticeable that I wanted to return it. Just an observation and a bit annoying.

After shopping around for someone to make replacement cushions for my Midcentury Modern couch and chair, I found Foam Order and was really pleased with the services offered, ability to order online, straight forward production process, time frame, and friendly customer service. The cost was competitive, even slightly less, than other places I contacted and I'm happy to have given my business to a local company. The cushions fit my furniture perfectly, seem nice and sturdy (really like the Sunbrella fabric), and have given my vintage couch and chair a new lease on life!

Had 2 sofas used in a rental situation. The sofas withstood years of abuse and we were looking at having to purchase new sofas. Made some quick measurements on the first sofa and gave foam order a try to see if we could remedy the problem of having cushions looking like blobs in our living room. They worked perfectly. Ordered 3 more right away for the other sofa. Will end up with 2 sofas that are definitely better than new because “new” consisted of pillows with the cheapest foam imaginable. The new foam will likely hold its shape for many years.
