Before ordering, I called customer service and described my need and the issue I had with a new sofa I purchased. I was advised to buy the firm foam. I did, installed the foam when arrived, and it was way too hard. Later, I ordered one cushion of the medium foam and the result was much better! I’m now pondering whether to order the remaining two cushions.

We ordered an expensive couch online. Its seat cushions were horrible. We were on the brink of replacing the couch but decided on replacing the cushions instead. It worked out great!
