Over the years I've ordered 5 different natural latex products from Foam Order. Some items were custom sizes or shapes. I've been very satisfied every single time. I've used their excellent and friendly customer service twice for help in choosing products. I use natural latex from Foam Order for mattress toppers, sleeping pads for camping, and an RV mattress. The relief of getting to sleep without tossing and turning is substantial. The "very soft" firmness is best for me because I'm a petite woman, and have chronic pain that makes it difficult to get comfortable at night. Your weight will make a difference in choosing which firmness you need. The "very soft" feels somewhat firm to me (107lbs), but feels soft to my partner (175lbs.) It's a good idea to read through the information on the website regarding firmness levels.

Customer service cannot answer anything beyond what you can see in the website. They tell you a “product specialist” will call and they don’t. Once you pay the money, you just hope a pillow will arrive in the next 6 months. We ordered a very large pillow, huge seem down the middle. I was so frustrated that it wasn’t coming and no one could give me information that I cancelled my order. Then it came.

We ordered 3 cushions to replace our bottom couch cushions (new dogs and potty training 2 toddlers has been rough). So far, they have been great. My couch looks like it's new again (iiiif you close your eyes and don't look at the rest of the very used and abused sofa). I am very satisfied thus far and we've had them for a little over two weeks I believe. I have even slept on them twice and did not wake up with the usual back aches associated with sleeping on a sofa overnight. My only cons would be the wait time for the cushions themselves, but seeing as how they are being custom-made, that's a bit more understandable. Fantastic cushions. Thank you!
