The foam is exactly what I ordered and I am very pleased with it. Very comfortable. My cat loved the batting scraps, I had to hide it till I can make his pillow. Great service and very helpful customer service support.

Though the person on the phone was kind, nice and helpful, I am completely disappointed and unhappy with my purchase. It is not at all cut to the size requested, the quality is not as described, it came late and I feel this was the worst outlay of $$ (Thank God it was not a lot) I've done in a very long time. I'm sorry to say but this purchase was NOT up to expectation at all and as a result I have to resort to going to a local upholsterer who will know exactly what I need and how to help me in this situation.

Decided to start with purchasing 2 cushions for a much loved and used sectional. We are enjoying the comfort and sturdiness of these cushions and decided to purchase 2 more that we should have in a week or so.
