I have mixed review regarding the customer support. I really had to check the background of the company because the response time was so slow and I felt I was dealing with a mom and pop shop. I watched the measurement video several times and measured very carefully. Knowing we were going to spend nearly $600+ I didn't want to make a mistake. I asked for a consultation. I sent all my pictures to the rep and she came back with some much larger numbers than shown on the measuring tape. I was starting to get nervous. Asked for another consultation. I was available at the scheduled time, waited and waited and no call. Again my thought was this is a small operations and they don't have the support staff they need. I sent an email sharing my feelings about being "stood up" very rude and unprofessional. Another appt was scheduled. This time the rep was on time. She reviewed all the previous photos I had sent and gave me a new set of measurement numbers - I felt she was knowledgeable and confident in her guidance. I placed the order and as estimated the cost was $600+. The shipment arrived before I expected, which was great...Well wrapped, no residue smell - I felt comfortable with our selection UNTIL, I placed them in their slipcovers and placed them on the sofa....the measurement was off significantly. We have a gap in the between the cushions of approximately 2 inches...!! sounds small but it isn't. Our sofa is a 23 year old flex steel - it really is in good shape except the cushions no longer had strong support. We have no children or pets and the sofa seats have a matching cover on them. I took the batting from the old cushions and placed it on the new cushions hoping it would make a difference - it made a very small difference. We then took one of the old cushions and cut 2 inches off and put it on one end of the soft to narrow the gap. Did it work - somewhat. Someone in the cutting room didn't follow the measurement. Sending the cushions back and pay for the shipment - is not worth it. Under normal circumstances I would have - but I had already cut up the old cushions and just couldn't wait for a re-cut. . .

As we are getting older, we need more support when sitting. Instead of buying a new sofa, by replacing the cushions we are getting the support we need.
