My 28yo sofa cushions were pathetic, but I didn’t want to reupholster. I thought new firm cushions might do it. I ordered the firmest 54Everflex with Dacron wrap. It was pretty simple to unzip and replace the foam. Now it’s like I have a new sofa! This is the firmness I remember from when it was new. Friends would sleep over and said it was the best bed ever. Now it is my husband’s new favorite napping spot. Thank you!! I have just ordered similar cushions for an outdoor sofa, and will be ordering 3 more of the same cushions for the matching loveseat and chair.

I was getting confused recently with other so called "cushion" experts with the info they were feeding me. I had even requested some of their samples so I could go home and do my own weight and density tests. What a mess this was turning out to be! I found FOAMORDER during a Google search, and they ended up being my GO-TO for my final purchase. The charts on their sites were most helpful, and getting questions answered over the phone was EXCELLENT!!
