My original order (2 cushions) arrived but the cushions didn't quite fill up the chair material, as they needed to be be thicker. I informed customer service and they sent 2 more but they were the same size as the originals, so that was a complete waste.

The online tutorial to correctly measure for a replacement cushion was easy and allowed me to 100% order the right size. It was perfect and fit the cover and placement in the couch so it’s not even noticeable which cushion was replaced. Nobody has been able to select which cushion was replaced.

We purchased custom foam inserts to replace the cushions on our sofa, which had flattened over time. The inserts fit perfectly - they were incredibly easy to slide into the cushion covers. The cushions renewed our sofa to its original comfort. We could not have had a better outcome! What an economical way to add new life to a well-loved sofa!!!
