I purchased 2 custom window seat cushions from Foamorder and was very pleased with the quality of the cushions and the customer service. I had some questions before I placed my order online and called the store. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I found the online ordering process to be pretty easy with a more-than-adequate selection of fabric and foam. I also shopped around to some other stores beforehand and found Foamorder's prices and production/delivery times to be the best. Excellent quality and a great experience from start to finish!

Really a good product and service. Our bedframe is remu wood from New Zealand and it fits something between a US Queen and US King. We needed a mattress custom cut that could go up our very frightening SF spiral staircase. We got a latex firm mattress with a cotton cover. They were friendly and patient with us. Our mattress came shrink wrapped and we got it up the stairs no problem. My only regret is that for comfort reasons I would probably preferred medium firm mattress. My partner is very happy with the firm though. It's warm and comfortable. It took a lot of natural rubber to make it! I hope it lasts us a long time.

I bought the talalay 100% foam mattress and I love it. I ordered soft but it wasn't as soft as I thought it would be. I will remedy that by adding a soft topper. The service was excellent and the delivery was prompt the mattress was made at the factory and arrived in two weeks. Very prompt. Friendly people. I will do business again with them and tell my friends.
