I ordered four identical cushions for a 15-foot dining banquette/window seat, with EverFlex V54 Medium-Firm foam with Dacron wrap. The covers are made from fabric I shipped to them, and i had the stain resistant treatment added. They took a bit longer to be completed than estimated, but they updated me on progress. The finished product looks great, fit is good, seams are straight and pattern matching is good. I can’t comment on how durable these will be (I’m hoping to get many years of use from them) but the appearance is terrific! I have attached photos of both the overall look and close ups of seams, corners, and pattern matching.

I recently used the natural latex foam to fix the damaged seat back of an arm chair for a client of mine. I used the N25 firmness and it was the perfect match in softness to the original poly-foam I was replacing. I appreciated being able to customize the thickness and really appreciate not only the quality and longevity of using latex foam but also feel good knowing it's better for my client's health as well as our environment when compared to the petroleum based foam that is currently the industry standard. My order came in a timely fashion and hardly needed any down time for it to regain its shape. I bought a small rectangle custom sized for use as a camping mattress. It was expensive to ship and arrived folded and bent up. It was abraised and the one end had a 6 inch cut in it. It was the right size and material. With time the bends have resolved and I cut 2 inches off the bottom to rid the cut piece. I think for the cost, a little more care could have been taken.

I ordered a new foam insert for my 26 year old chair. I wasn't sure about what to order. I placed my order then got a phone call from the company asking if what I ordered was really what I wanted. The gentleman spent some time with me and I got exactly what I needed - for much less than I had originally ordered! The foam insert fits perfect - it's like my chair is new again! Great customer service!
