The product is fine. I just don’t like the fact that the shipping cost was so expensive for such a small amount of foam that I ordered. And the other issue that I had was the minimum order is not predominate on the website and I ended up paying $25 for a $10 piece of foam.

The entire process from ordering to the delivery of the cushions was so easy. The cushions are exactly what we needed to restore our sofa to it’s original state. They were delivered in a timely manner and cut just as we ordered. They fit our covers perfectly. Thank you to your entire team.

These foam pieces were to replace the ones on our sofa that with age had lost their firmness. I couldn't be happier with the quality. They are more firm than the original. It wasn't so easy getting them into the covers, but that was expected.

I attempted to call several times to confirmation the dimensions I had stipulated in my order. It was frustrating, as not only did someone not answer, but when I left a message as instructed, there was no return call. Finally, someone answered and I was assured the order was going to be cut exactly as requested. Didn’t happen! I had to cut extra width and length from 8 pieces of foam! Very disappointing.

I usually purchase my supplies locally, however I could not get a particular type of foam for a large project in the time frame I needed. I took to the internet and found foamorder.com...and much to my surprise not only was their price better, but I had my order in about 10 days. Very happy with their service, the easy of ordering from their website, their customer service and their speed in shipping my order. There is no doubt I will be using them in the future.
