Firm was hard. I'd order one down if I had it to do again. That is not the company's fault! It already looks like sagging in the middle. So I'm disappointed. I have a sectional I'm working on. Hoping next order will be just right.

Easy to order, prompt delivery, great service but my cushion is a bit on the soft side and not comfortable. I did not know what to expect. Will live with it and possibly order something firmer. It’s for an expensive chair that had a down/feather/foam cushion that is fine but the fabric holding it together disintegrated over the years sadly.

Once I replaced the seat and back cushions it was like a brand new sofa. Seat cushions had the right amount of firmness without being rock hard and the padding in the back pillows finished it off. I love the way is sits now. It's very comfortable. The price couldn't be beat. It was way cheaper than buying a new sofa, which would have been at least 3 times what I paid for cushions

I bought a brand new chair for reading and watching TV, but the seat cushion was too firm for me. Foam Order sent me a softer cushion. Now I can sit in the chair without my bottom getting numb. I am thrilled!
