A very good way to replace cushions. Reasonably priced. Workmanship is very good-made in USA!!! web site is a little confusing. You can skip some item finishes, they should make it a little easier to use. There are many, many options. Cushions are great though.

Their customer service is an automated machine. I couldn't get help there. My order didn't even get processed for like a week and then it took them 2 weeks to get it to me from 4 hours away. I wanted to cancel but my email went unread. Once I finally got the foam I wasn't sure there was anyway to actually get my money back and if I would've had to pay the exorbitant shipping and handling fee (35 I think it was )...well theres no way. Theres also a good chunk of cardboard shreds in my foam... needless to say I'm extremely disappointed. The reason its 2 stars instead of 1 is because it is shredded memory foam and I the foam is comfortable. I would definitely go somewhere else next time, unless you don't need it for several months and don't mind the price gouge or the cardboard mix.

The product is fine. I just don’t like the fact that the shipping cost was so expensive for such a small amount of foam that I ordered. And the other issue that I had was the minimum order is not predominate on the website and I ended up paying $25 for a $10 piece of foam.

The entire process from ordering to the delivery of the cushions was so easy. The cushions are exactly what we needed to restore our sofa to it’s original state. They were delivered in a timely manner and cut just as we ordered. They fit our covers perfectly. Thank you to your entire team.

These foam pieces were to replace the ones on our sofa that with age had lost their firmness. I couldn't be happier with the quality. They are more firm than the original. It wasn't so easy getting them into the covers, but that was expected.

I attempted to call several times to confirmation the dimensions I had stipulated in my order. It was frustrating, as not only did someone not answer, but when I left a message as instructed, there was no return call. Finally, someone answered and I was assured the order was going to be cut exactly as requested. Didn’t happen! I had to cut extra width and length from 8 pieces of foam! Very disappointing.
