The ordering process from FoamOrder was simple, and I appreciated that they asked how I wanted the cushions to feel in firmness, rather than me have to decide what level to purchase. The online help was excellent - they were able to promptly and accurately answer my question, even on a holiday weekend. I also appreciated that I could sign a waiver so the delivery could occur without signing for the packages. Sourcing high quality foam for sofa cushions can be challenging. FoamOrder provided a high quality product with good customer service. While they were not inexpensive, their product was fantastic.

Our rattan furniture was so uncomfortable, but i ordered new foam for the slip covers, and less that 2 weeks later, its like we have all new furniture. My husband and i are fighting over who gets to sit on the couch...
