I wanted a specific size of foam for our breakfast nook bench seating. I found their online calculator tool easy to use, and so was confident about the size I ordered, but was unsure about the density, as there were many options. After using the online "chat" feature and describing my project (I even uploaded some pictures) I changed the density I had selected based on her recommendation. A few days later I received my foam (scarily shrink wrapped to a small bundle). I opened it and let it breathe/expand and then placed it on my bench. It was a perfect fit, and the generous 4" thickness and density is exactly what I wanted!! I'm now waiting for the upholsterer to finish them. However, I couldn't resist wrapping the fabric and coordinating piping on the foam for a preview.

I ordered sun bell a stripes with extra firm foam. Waited about 7 weeks and im very very satisfied with the product. Foam order did an adequate job with my request. It's worth the cost, one must be patient when ordering. If you want it for the summer, order during February time frame. Timing should be perfect for spring enjoyment.

So far the foam and dacron book wrap seem very sturdy and of excellent quality. I chose the firmest foam and am really happy with it's comfort. Time will tell if the quality is long lasting, but for now I'm very happy with my choice. I've ordered from Foamorder.com before and have always had a great experience. Custom cuts were always spot on!

The cushion I ordered came wrong in three dimensions, but especially the length which was off by 1.5". The company was not quick to jump on sending a replacement. I waiting 9 weeks for the first one. Otherwise, the product looked good.

The finished product is great - However getting it took an extra two weeks - and the follow up from customer service is Horrible - no one answers the phone and it can take days to get a response back on an email - they told me it was going to ship one week late after I followed up past the original ship date - there was no early heads up - and then it ended up shipping more than two weeks late - So basically - they do great product - but if you want any kind of update - expect your email or phone call to go into a black hole and DO NOT expect to get it on time.

We ordered a custom bench cushion for our mud room. It finally arrived after a couple of months of production. It was wrapped like the tightest of tight sleeping bags. When we opened it we found it to me quite wrinkled and lonely with no instructions or a note for unpacking and putting together. When we placed it together we were very disappointed. It was not the quality we had expected. The fabric was wrinkled, the size was not exact, and there is a cut and stitching which is very obvious. Based on all the reviews we had read, the price, and the wait - we expected much nicer.
