I received a mattress cover that was too big. I called and spoke to a representative who said I could return it. He was suppose to send me the info via email to return it I did not receive it. He also took an order for the correct cover, charged my card and it is still in my shopping cart. I cannot reach a live person on the phone again all I got was leave a message which I did. How do you treat customers like this?

We have a 35 year old Selig leather sectional sofa. The leather was in good shape but the foam cushions were dead. We saw FoamOrder’s YouTube video and decided to use their services. Now it’s almost like we have a new sofa. Wish we had done this sooner.

Have arm chair in style and fabric I like, but the seat cushion was flat and uncomfortable. Following your directions I measured and ordered a new insert. Fits perfectly and makes the chair usable again.

I replaced the leather on two antique chair seats. Since the seat platforms were steel plate I wanted an insulating, resilient foam which was thin in keeping with the chair’s design. Happy with the choice.
