I bought this as a supplement to a 5 lb density 2" thick topper I already have. it added just enough extra cushioning for our needs. Very comfortable. I am quite sure the density is what they say. Thank you. (NOTE: I did purchase two others before this one from other companies that were advertised as being 5 lb density but did not feel like it to me - compared to the one I owned and had just purchased a month before.) Would give 5 stars, if it lasts a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered this for my gaming table. It’s a 5 mm i bought (not a 3 mm). Just enough firmnest for standies and miniatures to stay straight, just enough softness to pick up cards and muffle dice sound. The nylon exterior sheets provides the righ texture so cards dont slide too much when dealt and neither stick to bare neoprene when it’s time to gather them. Easy to cut with a sharp knife.

Assuming I did not measure correctly, the foam barely fit into the cover. It makes the seat look a bit warped, but as more people sit in the chair the seat cushion seems to be flattening out. Don't think I will have to take the foam out and shave off the sides.

All of our furniture stores including the place we bought our furniture from made a big production out of replacing the cushions. Poor service and high prices were the rule not the exception.

I had originally placed my order 7/6/2018, I received my order 8/7/2018. It was not a custom sewing job so it should have been shipped in 1 - 14 days. I received an e-mail asking about how to cut the material (7/10/2018), as the length I indicated would be too long for one piece. I responded (on 7/14/2018) to have it cut in two equal halves. I called and left messages twice for tracking, never received a response, finally spoke to someone in sales who got a tracking number to me on 8/3/2018, which showed that it was being shipped the same day. When I finally did receive my item, it was packaged in black plastic and plenty of packing tape. I paid $23.80 for the foam, total of $48.28 for the order, leaving $24.48 for shipping. I figured nearly $25 in shipping would get me the foam in good condition, with no tears or creases, perhaps in a tube. Nope.
