I have neck issues and recently purchased a new mattress. Unfortunately, I could not use my old pillow on my new mattress. I literally tried dozens of pillows off Amazon and was about to give up when I found this one. It is perfect! It is not so firm that it hurts my ears, yet it is firm enough to give excellent support. I absolutely love it!

The bolsters are perfect. Had them made to reduce the depth of my sofa. When placed behind the fluffy, down back cushions, worked like a charm? They were made and delivered quickly and well packaged.

I ordered 2 new foam cushions to replace the long super soggy like old cushions. These old cushions were well worn past its longevity. Of course with wasteful others that wanted a new sofa instead, I searched on line and found this place. Online ordering was easy and well understood. Order arrived promptly where I opened up and changed the cushions. Now like a brand new sofa.

I was making a cushion for a window seat and called customer service for clarification regarding choice of product. I received excellent advice on grade of foam advisable for this product. I also was given detailed instructions on how to order the Dacron wrap to cover 4 of the 6 sides of the cushion. I am rating my transaction with 4 stars instead of 5 because, in spite of my instructions, the Dacron only covered 3 sides.
