The product performs as expected, however, the shipping cost was exorbitant. The shipping was more than 50% of the product price. Also, the order took 7 business days to process, although it was in stock.

We bought new cushions for an Ashley furniture sofa. Couldn't have been easier! I've only had them for about a week so I can't speak to the durability however, this seems to be exactly what I'd been searching for at a decent price. I did go with the 7yr ish firm foam. I probably would opt for the medium firmness next time as this is reminds me of a more an antique european sofa type firm but I was concerned that the med would have been too squishy. Either way, it's much better than our old cushions! Thank you for providing a fast, efficient product!

Our cushions were so worn out, we bottomed out sitting on the couch. The custom cut foam replacements arrived as expected and took about 15 minutes to get into the old cushion covers.

Our new American Leather loveseat came with the standard foam inserts. After a few months, the seat cushions were compressed and quite uncomfortable. I ordered these new custom-cut foam inserts, and they are perfect. All I had to do was measure the cushions and place my order.
