Expensive but worth it. Makes my bed feel like a cloud. Never hot. My only complaint is that it is very hard for a single 77 year old woman to lug this heavy package (CA king size pad) up to the house, unpack it, and lever the pad onto the bed. Not everyone has friends or relatives to call for help. I did manage to do it solo but believe me when I say that pad is never going anywhere else again!

This cushion arrived and I cannot use it. This company came up when I searched for pottery barn replacement cushions. I ordered a back cushion for a sofa, medium softened but what arrived is hard as a rick - literally harder than my outdoor SEAT cushions. It’s useless I have to throw it away. Wasted $100
