Our order was for foam plus batting. The foam came without the batting. When I contacted you a representative said the batting would be rushed to us. I called again about 12 days later when we had not received the batting. An apology was offered and we were told that we would be informed each day when/if the product had been shipped. That was two days ago and we have heard nothing.

My living room sofa and chair were in sad shape. We had spent quite a bit of money on custom slip covers, and had the sofa repaired to strengthen the frame. There was no question that we were keeping this set! But, the cushions were saggy and had lost all their shape. I shopped around several places. FoamOrder had the best prices, so I measured my cushions and chose the best foam they have. As soon as I hit the Place Order button, I realized I had entered one measurement wrong! So, I jumped online right away to ask for help in changing the order. No problem at all! The cushions arrived safely, and were wrapped really well. I unpacked them, and within an hour I had new cushions on my sofa and chair! It was a breeze. I am very pleased with my decision, and the professionalism of the folks at FoamOrder. My husband is thrilled that our well-loved furniture has new life.

I have a very nice Thomasville living room set which is nearly 20 years old. I replaced the seat cushions once but didn't like how that turned out. I ordered a few from Foamorder and LOVED THEM. The seating surface feels like new again. So, I just ordered another $1000 worth to replace everything else on the set and am very excited to get them. My only quandary is Firm or Extra Firm!!
