Ordered two but only got one

The cushion is great, well constructed. Only complaint is that two were ordered and only one was really ordered. Steve is giving me a 15% discount on the second one which is due to arrive in four weeks after the first was ready.

Perfect!

I purchased a new cushion for an oversized chair. With the help of a video, measuring was easy and all of the choices were explained. It arrived when promised and fits the chair PERFECTLY. :)

Love the cushions

Fixed my old beat up couch for only 300$. Cushions are a little firm but you sink into the after a few seconds. Def love the product !

Fast Service

My foam order came in in under a week! I took my cushions in and the woman (sorry I don't know her name) removed the old foam (and recycled it) and put my new foam in. What a pleasure sitting on firm cushions!

A good product that took a long time to arrive. Customer service is uncoordinated.

I followed the instructions on FoamOrder's website to measure the size of the two cushions I sought to replace. I was pleased to see that the fit and firmness was exactly what I expected it to be. Nonetheless, it took almost a month from order --> delivery. There's somewhat of an expectation on the website that order fulfillment wouldn't be instantaneous, which is absolutely acceptable for custom work. In the middle of the third week waiting for an update to my order's status I called Customer Service. It's not actually "customer service" it's just a number that rolls over to one of several extensions. I was transferred to their show room floor. They, of course, knew nothing of my online order and had no way of researching it. After a long explanation I was given the number to the factory, and finally got an update--along with an explanation of how busy they were due to a Thanksgiving promotion. I reminded the associate of my order date 3 week prior.
