I ordered 4 samples and only received 3 and when I notified customer service I was told they may not have had a sample of that foam at the moment but I could try again and order more and maybe they would have it in the second order. I did not order more since I did not get what I paid for in the first shipment and instead sought out another company. I suggest anyone reading this do the same. Also the samples are just scrap pieces and not a great example of what your foam would be like. This makes them unhelpful for deciding which foam to buy before making this (possibly) large purchase.

We bought a pair of RH linen chairs years ago. We were never satisfied with them because the down topped seat cushions were always too sloppy, feathers coming out of them, too thin and just uncomfortable. These were expensive chairs and I almost gave them to my sister. I googled custom order foam seat cushions and found this WONDERFUL COMPANY!! I am so glad I did. I ordered two replacement cushions to the exact size I felt that my original cushions should have been to fully fill the linen seat covers. My order was filled quickly, packed with care and shipped fast!! The cushions were cut precisely to our specifications and they fit absolutely perfect!! We finally love our chairs!! My only regret is that we waited so long to do this!! Excellent company, I highly recommend them and would would use them again in a heartbeat if the need arises.

The two cushions I ordered were to replace the seat cushions in a sofa that we've had for at least 14 years. The cut and quality of the pieces were perfect. The website is very easy to navigate and user friendly. I am very happy with my purchase.
