Cushions came dimensioned as ordered. Firm is a good firm that turned my 12 year old saggy couch into a new showroom firm couch. Fit perfectly snug into my existing zippered covers. I've always had heavy fitted slip-cover over couch and cushions so existing material was like new. Well worth the value. I'm delighted, and confident the quality received from ordering directly from FOAMORDER is top quality. Peace of mind if there was issue, which there was not. Smart packing and shipping too. Order form is very user friendly with dimension location drawings and opportunity to ensure dimensions are measured appropriately and entered into the fields correctly.

After a helpful phone discussion with a staff member I chose firm natural latex foam. It took me while to decide what fabric I wanted in my replacement couch cushions. It took a month for the Robert Allen fabric to arrive and then an additional two weeks for the cushions to be completed. I am delighted with the delivered product. Was very pleased with the first cushion I ordered so ordered one for the other chair. I wanted to make sure I was measuring correctly before ordering the second one. The new cushions are very firm and make a world of difference in the comfort of these 10 year old chairs. Would highly recommend this company for replacement cushions.

Searched foamorder.com site for appropriate foam for pet bed. Site recommended a specific foam for support but warned that it "traps heat". No alternative to heat trapping foam recommended. Otherwise, easy to choose a shape & size but still baffled by the "estimated" and pricey ($20+) local shipping cost. No adjustment to shipping cost offered, so must not have been an estimate. Still, dog likes the new foam insert for her bed. That's what really counts.
