I had 4 cushions made for my camper van. They will do double duty both as seat cushion and the sleeping mattress. The Sunbrella fabric has a nice feel and will hopefully have a long life. The EverFlex V54 medium firm foam works well for both sitting and sleeping. The cushion covers and foam all fit together very nicely. Although it took a bit longer than I had hoped, the cushions were delivered in the time frame that was given when I placed the order.

I got some EconoFlex C55 Medium-Firm foam to replace saggy couch cushions. It's VERY firm. I love it, but my family won't sit on them, lol. Good thing I only replaced a couple to test, and can order a softer foam for the rest. I'm just worried I'll have to wait another month for delivery!

I got drain dry foam for use in my boat. All of the foam was between 1-0.75 inches under the sizes I ordered. This made my job a lot harder and I have to glue on scraps.

The custom cut 4 in foam was precisely cut to what I ordered. Works very well for what I ordered it for. Was a little sticker shocked at the shipping cost. $30 piece of foam and $30 shipping cost.
