I received two new good cushions. But for the price and that it was the very top option, I have to say I was expecting more. Now just hoping they hold the shape since the chairs don't get everyday use. The thing I am most disappointed in would be the look, i.e. size. I watched the video and measured as was instructed, from seam to seam. The new cushions slid too easily into the covers so don't fully fill the chair. I was expecting the cushion to be the size I requested and the wrap to be the "extra" puff that couch and chair cushions have. These are very flat and squared off. I wish I would have ordered larger. The pictures show how these looked new and now with new cushion. I would recommend but would definitely encourage to order larger.

I found the Foam Order site by AI and checked to confirm they were legit. I was impressed by the education component of the website and ramped up my understanding of couch cushions more than I thought possible! (Ha) After confirming my order, I realized that the 2 back cushions I measured were tapered and the ordered foam would not fit. I reached out via support email, and Shepherd replied promptly. I explained my issue and he was wonderful helping me confirm the correct way to measure, including sending drawings! We confirmed the changes and my cushions arrived quickly! To my great relief, they fit better than the original cushions! Could not be more happy with this company and their support- they have my business for all my foam needs for sure!

I bought this thinking I could use it in my feather down sofa from RH. I found the feather down to be a little hard so I thought this might make my sofa more comfortable. The foam is SO flat. It’s easily 2 inches flatter than I expected. It fits in the covering so it’s definitely the right size but it’s flat. Waste of almost $400! Very disappointed.
