Why didn't I replace the sofa cushions sooner! My Foamorder replacement cushions arrived quickly and fit beautifully. They are more comfortable than when the sofa was new!

Always have my order on time and wrapped well,, however I wish that they had more of a selection of what they advertise in stock so that I would not have to wait until they found more. I don't like to always have to settle for my second selection

The cushions were over 2 months late and when i reached out to customer service I was told multiple times the cushions were shipped out when they weren’t. When I asked about honoring the current 20% off coupon the online store was offering (since the cushions weren’t shipped or even made yet) I was told no because I already got free shipping.
