Very, VERY Happy

Was a little hesitant to order our cushion on line. So glad we did. Love the quality! This company provides awesome products, well made, great choice of fabrics. Even the skate gray seems to be vibrant. Would absolutely order from you again!!

Needed chair cushion replacements

Great cushions, we measured the old ones exactly how we were instructed to do so on the website. The price was very reasonable as is the quality. Will definitely buy from Foam Order again!

Great customer service

In the past couple of months I have ordered 8 pieces of foam for a couch and 5 chairs. We bought quality leather furniture 25 years ago and we thought we should try new foam cushions before buying new furniture for better support. The customer service in guiding us to the proper density was outstanding. We couldn't be happier with our renewed furniture!

Not Too Happy

I emailed to change a dimension on my order from 5.5 inches to 6.5 inches . I got a quick reply saying no problem and the order would be updated..when the foam arrived it was the original dimension 5.5 inches.What happened?

Nice cushions, poor order management and customer service

We ordered some custom daybed cushions on Dec 1 with a 4-6 week promised ship date. After 6 weeks, we had received no updates from Foam Order. I checked their online order tracking system, and could see there was no progress in the production of our cushions. I had to reach out every few days to the company to push the order along, each time being met with excuses (fabric takes time to come from the vendor, we forgot to order the fabric, the fabric vendor forgot to ship the fabric, the seamstress is out on maternity leave). At no point did anyone apologize. At no point did any demonstrate that they were owning the problem. In the end, I had to email or call every few days for nearly 3 months to get the cushions manufactured and delivered. Really disappointed with the service, and not what I would expect at this price point.
