Needed a bit of sample to see if the product recommended would suit my operation. No scraps available. Was forced to spend over $35 for product and shipping just to test. Contacts were friendly but not especially responsive.

Ordered this foam piece to raise up my couch that I am now using as a bed due to a fractured bone in my back. The sizing was perfect (I measured it myself) - the piece itself was a bit on the hard side but with usage I believe it will get a bit softer. It was the perfect solution to my problem. With the addition of a 3 inch piece it raised up the couch enough so that I could easily get myself up and out of it. Thank you.

Product was left out in the rain....at my back door which is only used in emergencies. The added fees and duties may not have been your (the company's) choice...but you could have told me about the delivery charges the company added after the order that was not expected and billed COD by the shipper. Canadians please be aware...not only are you paying for the product in USD but also the rate of exchange and they tack on extra charges in the form of COD delivery charges. The Canadian government also wants their cut and that is to be expected. Product was a cheaper quality than expected...the polyester cover was sewn cheaply and haphazardly. So very disappointed. Will not recommend or ever purchase from here again and unless you have absolutely no choice...I'd steer clear of this highly disappointing company.
