I was so happy to find this site as I had been trying to figure out how I could replace my cushions for awhile. My couch is from Pottery Barn and they no longer sell replacement cushion inserts which I was so disappointed about. The cushions from FoamOrder are great! They came exactly to the size I ordered, and have made it seem like I have a brand new couch!

You saved my couch! I ordered 4 1” pieces of foam to put on top of my existing cushions. I can flip my couch cushions over which I hope everyone buys when looking for a couch! I have twill fabric and thank god I measured correctly and my couch looks brand new!

I recently used EVA foam for creating a tool shadow board with cutouts made on a laser cutter. Additionally, I utilized single-side fabric-covered neoprene for the bottom layer to highlight missing tools and provide better grip. The product quality is excellent, and the customer service was outstanding—they answered many questions and even helped me get some samples to make an informed decision on ordering. They also assisted in tracking down a missing package that UPS had lost. The only minor downside is the shipping time; it can take about a week just to ship out from the time of ordering. I recommend ordering ahead of time to account for this. Overall, a great experience, and the delay just shows how in-demand their products are. I will definitely be using them much more in the future.

I made a very wrong selection of a very firm foam based upon the original order of our loveseat. This is very different than what I originally had. No one can sit on this level of firm. I would love the ability to order foam samples or assistance with the foam selection love you as a company. But will have to spend additional dollars to reorder with you a better replacement

Cancel order system doesn't work well, now I'm stuck with something I don't need any more since dog died. Never opened box. At least there is a place you can get custom cut foam if needed
