We have a Bob's furniture sofa that has been discontinued and the springs popped, making the cushions super uncomfortable and we couldn't buy replacements. My husband found this site so we figured we'd try it out. The cushion fit perfectly when it arrived! It was vacuum sealed and was very well packed. Once we took it out of the packaging, it popped right into perfect shape. We're so happy that we'll be ordering the other 2 seat cushions for that couch as well. MUCH cheaper than buying a whole new couch.
