Ok, so this pillow style is now my favorite. I've only have the type before that was a solid piece of foam and while those were nice, the shredded style is fantastic, all the traditional maneuverability of a fiber fill and the resilience of memory foam, I never have to fluff this to get a fuller support style.

Seat cushion came exactly as ordered for an item I wouldn’t have been able to find at a local store. Didn’t take too long to arrive, although, shipping cost was a bit high for a fairly small box of (not that heavy) foam.

Bought a custom seat cushion for an easy chair. Their make-to-order service is outstanding. The website is detailed and easy to follow. Before ordering I spoke on the phone to a representative who was very helpful—she made me comfortable about giving it a try. When I placed my order I immediately received an e-mail confirmation which included a preprinted address label so I could send the pattern. When they received the pattern I got another e-mail confirmation which also gave an estimated delivery date. They ship UPS and you receive a message when the package is shipped. The size and shape of the cushion were perfect. The entire process start to finish only took about a month. I live in Ohio, so it’s safe to say you’ll get great service no matter where in the U.S. you live.
