I mean, it's foam, but the width varied almost an inch from each end, it started at 24 on one end, then was down to almost 23 at the other. Then cut ends are also VERY aggresive, almost sharp. I had to trim them off. Customer service was exceptionally slow, even dealing with COVID. It took over a week to get a response.

My 20-year-old Henredon leather chair was sagging so badly, it felt as if I was sinking all the way down to the floor when I'd sit. I provided the measurements on line, selected the degree of firmness I wanted in a cushion, and processed my payment online with no problems whatsoever. The custom-sized product arrived within 10 days, and was a perfect fit. My 20-year-old leather chair now has another 20 years of life in it.

I live in Ontario Canada and wanted to build a custom board game table with a 4' x 6' neoprene top play surface. I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere except from foam order. The product is perfect, looks and feels great. It was delivered in a timely manner considering I live across the continent. My only complaint was the cost to get it here. By the time all the shipping, duty, brokerage and exchange fees were paid a $49.99 sheet of neoprene ended up costing me nearly $200. But even though it was more than I was hoping to spend it still finished off the table perfectly.
