I placed an order for a custom cushion and cover. I understand with custom orders to anticipate extended production and delivery times. Why I gave my experience 2/5 stars is due to the poor communication. I received my cushion several weeks ago and in the return instructions it states you have 30 days to return the foam if any issues arise. I haven't received my cushion cover yet and we are approaching the 30 day window. When I communicated with Foam Order Customer Service they were quick to respond. I greatly appreciated that. When I informed them I haven't received the cover yet they stated it was still being created. Their website stated when I attempted to track the order that both the cover and foam were shipped in the same package which was not the case. I still haven't received any update on the cover and seeing that this order was over $500 I am disappointed in the process. I loved the simplicity of Foam Orders website and ordering however if this is normal for the separate shipments and incorrect tracking information I don't think I will be ordering from Foam Order again.

Bought one, then another couch cushion after poorly made materials in my 1 yr old couch failed. The very firm cushion replacements are perfect for those of us that say, "cant be firm enough!" Would recommend!

I'm happy with the cushions, however they don't totally fill out my covers. I'm not sure what I would do to make them fit a tad tighter. I thought I measured based on your methods.
