I was about to give up on my cushions on the couch. The couch was pretty pricey and I hated to change it. The pillows were originally overstuffed with course feathers (stuck in my back) and very heavy. I then opted to get plain foam in them--big mistake. I was happy to discover this company which gave me total options as to replacing the pillow insert for my cushions. I ordered one for a test and it came out perfect. The fit was right on and the density pretty much what I wanted. I have ordered two more for the other cushions. Also, I called with questions at the beginning and the staff were so kind and helpful. Really impressed with them! Nice to have a place with so many options.

Ordered 2 custom size cushions for our breakfast nook benches. After a decade of crappy cushions, we are in heaven! Well made, easy to wipe down, firm without being hard. And came in less time than predicted.

I needed to replace the down and feather inserts in my sofa cushions (thanks, kitty cat). I measured the cushion covers according to the excellent instructions on the web site, zipped in the new custom foam inserts, and the sofa is like new. :) The Dacron wrap is a good call, it makes the cushions look like a professional job, not a replacement. Very happy about saving the sofa.

I only received one of the swatches that I ordered and paid for. The cushions were super hard. Returns are kind of a hassle, getting the supplies to send them back took way too long and we still have not gotten any verification that they actually received the items we sent back. Even though my husband was dealing with the return process, The email with the Shipping label was sent to me and had no information as to who or where it was coming from, just an attachment to open (why would I want to open that??) after figuring out where this was from we learned it only contained one label for two return boxes. It took another several days to get a response and another label. This is annoying and yet not surprising, this seems to be the norm almost everywhere lately.
