Just received our cushions for our outdoor chairs. The craftsmanship was excellent, the fabric was well done. The back cushion of the chairs were not as expected but I think I gave the wrong instructions as they came out rectangular and stiff instead of plush. So I stuck the old cusion inside of the new custom made fabric cover and its working ok. Completion and delivery time was slower than preferred, we ordered in May and recieved in July.

I ordered my custom cushion for my living room sofa. It is a nice cushion but not any better than my current cushion. I did a test order to see if I could get softer cushions, what I ordered didn't work for me. I would have to order softer foam to get the cushiness I'm looking for. I had no idea the firmness of the foam already in my sofa to know what to order to make it softer. Hope that makes sense.

We bought foam using their directions and it worked perfectly to firm up our brand new cushions for outdoor patio furniture- you can put them in the middle or even on the bottom of existing cushions to give extra support! Great order!! Easy to deal with - very informative on phone too

A very old Chippendale sofa was in desperate need of replacing its down- only long single cushion. Tricky project! Very willing & helpful advise on measuring etc, and the end result was exactly what was needed and hoped for. Thank you for great work and service!
