The firmness (firm) of the cushions is perfect. However, even though I read all of the instructions, talked with customer service a couple of times and was very precise in my measurements, the cushions don’t seem as full as I would like. I did get the Dacron cover, but they still get a bit wavy after being sat on. I feel like they should be a bit thicker. On the plus side, it was easy to talk with customer service as I was doing the measurements and the instructions were quite clear.

I ordered this to use with regular size twin mattresses in extra beds. They work perfectly. I placed them at the head of the bed where they would be the least noticed but they blend in exactly with the mattresses and I’m very pleased.

The envelope fits perfect and makes our chair super comfy with the poly-fill versus feathers (I am done with feather). The couch is next. Very helpful customer service too. If you have any questions, especially when it comes to all their options and proper measurements, these people are the best.

Ordered two replacement foam inserts with covering. Tricky to get into existing upholstered covers at first. Loved the fit once inserted. Measurements were exact!
