I received the order in the expected time. One on the foam cushions was too long. I emailed them and a representative emailed me immediately and rectified the situation. All other companies should take lessons on customer service. They were polite, responsive and issued an immediate resolution. The quality of the product (foam and covers) is also EXCELLENT.

My mattress was a little too firm and I had tried a mattress topper made with memory foam which I found to be too hot to sleep on and took too much away from the mattress support. The latex was the perfect solution. Not hot and just the right amount of padding.

These replaced some disappointing replacement cushions done locally. Excellent advice on sizing from Steve. It was a little work getting these cushions into the original covers, but totally worth the effort as they really expanded the covers back to their full firm size. We love the love seat again!
